Itโ€™s a tough challenge, but as a company that embraces #neurodiversity, we can say it is worth it.

Our Managing Director, Grigoris Lemonis, has lived with #ADHD his entire life. He believes it is time to be open on such issues; time to embrace openly the reality that true talent often resides in deviations. Indeed, working with Grigoris โ€” his fast pace, multitasking, forgetfulness, and impatience โ€” is challenging, but his disruptive creativity leads to transformative ideas that do move the team forward.

ฮ•mbracing our vulnerabilities is our true strength. It has taught us valuable lessons in cooperation, humility, resilience, and adaptability. Yes, there are challenges, but embracing our vulnerabilities and supporting each other, has helped seen in practice that a creative team, with the right support, produces great results.
