Four years ago, something shifted for us at HumanI.
Yes, we were already advocating for Ethical Business, inclusive hiring, and human-centered decisions. But it wasn’t until we partnered with The Tipping Point in Education —sponsoring a school in 📍Xyrolimni—that we lived our purpose in a tangible way. By mentoring and investing in a rural school community, we moved 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧—providing opportunities where none existed, outside the privileged spheres of urban centers.
This was not philanthropy. It was accountability. If we believe ethics belong in business, they must start early—in education, in access, in giving every young person a fair chance.
