Don’t forget: Each level needs a different CV strategy.
– Director – C-level professionals: numbers like budget responsibility, but stick to strategy or tactics. Stress ethics, professional attitude and philosophy. We select C-levels on attitude and culture more than anything else. So check also your cultural fit. Do not simply apply to positions. Get in contact with a career counselor for your CV and an Executive Search for your promotion to relevant positions
– Mid to senior managers stick to metrics but keep it simple. Do not put any metric or any project you have done. Keep only those that really matter to the role you are applying or you are considered for. Be very careful to where you apply. Study the culture and numbers thoroughly.
– junior to mid / supervisors: keep it lean. Do not write more than what you do. Avoid fancy titles. Aim for career counseling early in your process.

To all:
– Be always humble and down to earth. Do not brag.
– Act wisely in Social Media and share knowledge, not poison.
– Work on your extracurricular activities and societies.
– Volunteerism will pay you back.
– Be authentic but less is more
